Release planning consists of two 2-hour meetings to let the team and community discuss what they plan to deliver in the upcoming release. 

 

The priority discussion will occur a few days before the release planning meeting to ensure that the brigades and corresponding project owners have time to Brigades and project teams should review, scrub, and prioritize their backlogs prior to the release planning meeting in order to represent what they intend to work on /and deliver in the upcoming release.

The release planning meetings take place at 8-10 am and 4-6 pm PST/PDT.  A template slideset is emailed out (a few days prior to the planning date) to the ONOS or CORD dev mailing list/Google group for the brigades and project teams to fill in the details of their planned deliveries.
