What contributions have you made in the past to the ONOS community?
I have contributed new features, integration and unit tests, code refactoring, and elimination of redundant and unused code to the ONOS code base. I have also been the ONOS release manager for the last 2 and a half years.
What are you actively working on in ONOS?
ONOS release 2.1 tasks including bazel upgrades, karaf upgrades, support for JDK 11, ongoing code refactoring, integration testing.
Why do you feel you would be a good candidate for this position?
I know the internals of ONOS very well, and I work with the downstream projects like Trellis, CORD, and SEBA daily. As the release manager for ONOS I have a unique insight into how the software is used and deployed in the field.
