*Some of these may not require elections, some may simply be reconfirming that the same person will continue in the role.

Election Process

The election process has two main steps for all positions. Nomination, and voting.

When there is only one nomination for a position, there does not need to be a vote.

2021 Timeline
January 27, 2021	Build preliminary voting community list
February 1	Open nominations for 4 new positions
February 8 -15	Periodic reminders
February 15	Close nominations. Prepare voting tool and nomination statements
February 16	Get out the vote
March 5	First round of voting ends
March 8	Runoff Election opened for voting if required
March 15, 2021	TST Members announced for 2021 term

Steering team members and leads
Contributors (those who have submitted code which has been reviewed and accepted in the last year)
Brigade leaders and the brigade members
Ambassadors
