Background / Bio

Andreas is a post-doctoral researcher at Computer Engineering and Informatics Department, University of Patras and an R&D engineer at GRNET S.A. In the past he worked as telecommunications engineer in Intracom Telecom S.A. and as R&D engineer in Computer Technology Institute. His areas of interest include SDN/NFV technology, future mobile networks, and ultra-dense deployments in 5G mobile. Andreas works on ONOS since May 2015 when he joined the SDN/NFV research activities in the frame of GÉANT project.
