Miguel is the President/Principal of VILLA-TECH, Inc a next generation technologies company based in Chicago, IL and the United Kingdom that provides professional services to organizations across the globe. With extensive expertise in the Software Defined Network/Network Function Virtualization space, we have built POC/Production for large optical carriers, tested performance, feature and functionality at a low level perspective. We have built and designed Northbound applications for our customers that want to use a SDN/NFV framework including building and designing the southbound network infrastructure for private/public or hybrid format. We are currently members and contributors to ON.LAB in the ONOS space along with membership in the Open Network Foundation for SDN/NFV initiatives. SD-WAN and SDDC is also a space we actively have helped our customers implement in production along with speaking engagement around ONOS, CORD uses cases (packet - optical).
