What is it? 

The ONOS Basics The ONOSBasics Track at ONOS Build 2016 will be a series of talks, presentations and demos where the ON.Lab staff will discuss ONOS and it's focal points.

Who can participate (ie. what basic technical expertise do you need)?

Anyone can participate. It is up to the team leader to select and build his team, so if the team leader decides that he needs a marketing expert for the presentation at the end then so be it.
