Charles shared some update for the Hack Dojo event coming up at Intel for ONOS and CORD meet-up. The event took place last week on Thu 12/8 and Fri 12/9. Murat did an overview introduction on ONOS. Jin Gan from Huawei also gave an introduction and demo for ONOS performance testing project. Videos of this event will be coming soon.
Planning for ONS 2017 has been kicked off. Meredith mentioned that Sarah, Kristen and her are coordinating PR and Analyst relations. Similar to last year, there sure will be announcements on ONS on Day 1, and there will be people from their side appear onsite to support the event. More comprehensive plannings will be updated in the 2017 ONS planning doc.
Meredith shared some info on the Global conference in Beijing. In the conference announced the China Unicom CORD Alliance, in the hope of help future collaboration and community engagement. They are working on a blog post which would be out in the next couple days, explaining that this would be a sub-community of the CORD project, not a new one. It aims at help form alliance with the overall goal. More input would be shared. (?) will act as a liaison on this and might join calls later on.

Later today on 12/14, there will be an ON.LAB Holiday Party. Charles will be there and doing the video recording. Later photos and videos will be shared on Twitter, as well as some blog posts.
Meredith shared info about their stakeholder audit. The audit is for internal purpose, trying to touch base with people and discuss how their project went last year, how they could use those info to improve this year, etc. Once all the interviews are done, there might be a blog post. Also, the ONS PR team is working on ONS announcements and the next press release date.
