    • how the community can participate in the use case

GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTERS

*Format of slides for part 1 and part 2-use cases

Each use case, team lead will present 4-5 slides that capture the following:

  • Slide1 : “What”

    • Summary of current status

    • Goals for May release ( Epics)

  • Slide 2: In-depth look at “what”

    • To-do items related to each of these ( Stories)

  • Slide 3: “How community can participate”

    • Identify at least 2-3 areas/specific stories/tasks where the community can participate/contribute

  • Slide 4: “Related information”

    • Team lead email address - he/she will be contacted by community developers interested in contributing to the use case

    • Link to working documents for use case

    • Link to JIRA stories for the use case
