Ambassador Program Update
- learning resources: we will create and publish different training materials (online and offline- to help Ambassadors who don't yet have a lot of experience running events, organizing meetups, attending conferences etc...
- time committment of Ambassador: everyone has varying degrees of availability for the program - it's important for Ambassador to indicate from the outset how much time he/she can dedicate
- program will be flexible and adapt to people's availibiltiy (ie. open to everyone who can commit at least 2 hours a week to the program)
- video files should be uploaded to china-friendly video hosting sites
- ACTION: Vijay and Henry to create list of potential Ambassadors in Australia and China respectively
China-friendly resources
- we should make sure to identify alternative tools/channels that are more accessible for contributors in China who want to access or share materials and documents (ACTION: Henry to create a list of suggestions)
